Refunds, plan changes, App Store receipts, and questions about Pro upgrades. Note that all payments are processed by Apple — most billing changes can be made directly from your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Access, correction, or deletion requests under the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy for what data we hold (spoiler: very little).

Found a vulnerability? Please report it responsibly. We acknowledge all reports within 48 hours and credit researchers in our advisories where appropriate.
